Get to Know Me
I'm on a mission to create fulfilling relationships with our K9 companions and bring back the true essence of positive leadership; my goal is to help improve our bond with mans best friend by reconnecting people back to nature. Because learning how to do so we can truly understand how a dog thinks and feels to comprehend why they do what they do. It has been my dream for as long as I can remember to have my very own dog business where I can offer my talents to help and heal misunderstood and troubled dogs. Dogs have shown me my true purpose and why in this world, teaching me the meaning of living in the moment and believing in myself. Without this special boy Bernie I wouldn't be doing what I am doing today. He's the reason I embarked on this journey as he got me over my fear of dogs as a young child, creating a dream in the eyes of 7 year old me to relive the same moment of freedom with every dog I rehabilitate, so people can experience the magical feeling that I did when I looked into his eyes for the first time. Through pursuing my dream I've learnt to communicate with a wide range of dogs and breeds, gaining insights on behaviour issues including reactivity, anxiety and aggression. Its a privilege to teach the language they live by and pay forward the secrets they've taught me about their world, so allow me to show you how to tap into your instinctual side to make a PAWsitive step in the right direction; building on your relationship, fulfilling their needs and honouring the sacred species we hold so dear to our hearts.

"I honestly can't recommend Sophie's services enough! She checks in on my staffy weekly and takes her out for walks on the days that I am in the office. Just to add if you need a walker who can be calm, quiet and steady, Sophie will be perfect but if you also have a dog with energy who needs a little run, Sophie also takes our dog out with her bike and even her skates, Maisie loves it! Our staffy is very excitable so I was initially a little nervous when Sophie first started walking Maisie but that's just because I worry too much but I really had NOTHING to worry about! "When we re-homed Beans from her previous home we soon realised she hadn’t ever been walked on a lead or seen many dogs. When she came to us we really struggled to walk her anywhere as she would react to any dog on the lead. Sophie then helped massively, she would make training sessions fun and interactive and made beans realise that walking on the lead isn’t that bad, so now we can walk beans on the lead and past dogs with either no reaction or very little reaction which is 100 times better than she was before! I highly recommend Sophie as she has changed a negative and chaotic walk into a calm one where I now don’t need to worry about taking her out and other people judging us."

I've known Sophie for a couple of years now, and I got to know her through my doggies. She’d always come and fuss them and I could see her natural affinity with my dogs and how much they love her. She told me she was beginning to do dog walking. And so she, started walking mine. I've seen her develop confidence and professionalism. Putting into practice the skills she has learnt on her dog behaviour course. Lastly she's very reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend her to anyone.
Sophie has been fantastic and helping my dog, Ollie, with his lead walking and reactivity. Before working with her, walks were stressful, but now they're so much more enjoyable! She tailored each session to Ollies needs, using patience, expertise, and positive reinforcement to build his confidence. I've learnt so much about handling him, and the progress has been incredible. Sophie truly cares about the dogs she works with, and her passion shows in everything she dose. Thanks to her Ollie is calmer, and i feel much more confident on our walks. I highly recommend Sophie- she's an amazing trailer!
Sophie is our number 1 go to petsitter. She is reliable, very caring, amazing with animals and an all round great young lady. She has often looked after our 2 dogs, cat and tortoise for a week and long weekends, and when we return we can see theyve all had the best time and care. Sophie has also given us some great advice and tips when needed, Very competitive prices too. i would highly recommend. 5/5 stars from us!
